Dear first-year students,
Welcome to the University of Mannheim and to the Faculty of Business Informatics and Business Mathematics! We hope you are looking forward to starting your studies.
To help you settle into university life and get acquainted with Mannheim, we have organized an exciting Orientation Week for you. From August 31 to September 4, 2026, you can look forward to a diverse program featuring information sessions about your studies as well as social events such as a campus tour and a bar crawl. This is a great opportunity not only to get to know the university but also to meet your fellow students before the semester begins.
